Sea Temperatures increase therefore increasing air temperature, then the warm air rises. The air particles gain energy and therefore making more air particles rise. The air particles are given kinetic energy due to Latent Heat EnergyThen the air particles rush up at high speeds and create a vortex with the help of thee coreolis effect
